We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and your device's screen. Product images are for illustration and minor variations do not amount to a defect.
6. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change at any time without notice. We accept payment through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. In the rare event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and refund any amount already paid.
7. Orders, acceptance and cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order — including where stock is unavailable, an address appears invalid, or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it. You may request a cancellation by email before your order is dispatched; once dispatched, our Return & Refund Policy applies. Refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel may attract reverse-logistics charges.
8. Shipping and delivery

9. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled as set out in our Return & Refund Policy. In summary, any issue (damage, defect, wrong or missing item) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with a clear unboxing video. Please read that policy in full before ordering.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, to introduce malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access, or to interfere with the Site's operation. We may suspend or terminate access for any misuse.
