Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses across India.
Free shipping
Shipping is free across India. The price you see is the price you pay — there are no delivery charges added at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders. Please accept and open your parcel only after paying the delivery agent. If a COD parcel is refused or returned undelivered, reverse-logistics charges may apply — see our Return & Refund Policy.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Please record an unboxing video
We strongly recommend recording a clear, continuous unboxing video when you open your parcel. If there is any damage, defect, or a missing item, this video is required to arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Delays
Occasionally deliveries are delayed due to weather, courier issues, or peak periods. If your order is significantly delayed, email us and we will help track it down.
