Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please record an unboxing video where possible — it helps us process damage or wrong-item claims quickly.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery at shanmukha.jonnabatla@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or a video. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be returned per this policy.
